This ain’t your average mommy-and-me stroller stroll (although, hey, if that’s your jam, more power to you!). This program is crafted for moms who want to tune into their bodies, strengthen their core (and even pelvic floor), improve full body strength, and feel damn good in their own skin. Whether you gave birth 8 weeks ago or years ago, Strong As a Mother caters to you, packing a powerful punch into bite-sized 30 minute workouts you can do anywhere, anytime, with minimal equipment.

Speaking of equipment, I know getting your gear together can be a whole other hurdle. That’s why I’ve put together a handy gear guide featuring some of my favorite tools and accessories to help you crush your Strong As a Mother goals…

Essential Equipment:

  1. Long Band ($5.59)
  2. Pilates Ball - 9 inch
  3. Large Exercise Ball
    • Your height & recommended ball size:
      • 5’0″-5’5″ = 22 inch (55cm)
      • 5’6″-5’11” = 26 inch (65cm)
      • 6’0″-6’5″ = 30 inch (75cm)
  4. Mini Band Set
  5. Furniture sliders: pick what works for your workout space
  6. Yoga Mat: Below are some options of different yoga mats, choose what works for your space and budget!

Equipment you probably already have:

  • Sturdy Chair
  • Towel Roll
