Meet your new wellness bestie: Coach Krissy. Your dedicated and knowledgeable guide on your journey of self-empowerment and strength. Strength that begins on the inside is strength that truly transforms your life from the inside out.
Coach Krissy is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, a Minor in Gerontology (study of aging) and a focus in Athletic Training. She is also a 200hr Certified Yoga instructor and sound healing facilitator. She has a degree in Physical Therapy Assisting where she worked full time as a PTA for many years with people of all ages.
It was while working as a PTA where Krissy became inspired to start her own business. She realized that most people that came to her for physical therapy would benefit from two simple changes: a regular daily exercise routine and a more compassionate and loving relationship with their self.
She couldn’t find a compassionate and fun coach for her patients, so she became one. Now, she helps you become the version of you that understands that you deserve to prioritize yourself like you do for others! She guides you to be your own best friend, one mindful and enjoyable workout at a time!
