About Me
Becoming Coach Krissy
For decades I lived disconnected from my self and my body. I felt lost. I felt alone. I loathed the reflection looking back at me in the mirror.
I was doing all the things I was told to do like exercising, eating whatever the tready way of eating was, and still I felt numb to life and disconnected from my body.
It was not until I looked inward and began to reflect within. I began the blessed journey of Self-discovery. NOT the self I was conditioned to be, but the Self I was destined to Be!
I realized my fitness goals, when I got to the root were so much deeper and those deeper roots are so empowering! I helped myself uncover my most passionate life, my strongest body inside and out, and unfathomable JOY. And I want to help YOU discover this within you too!
