Who is Coach Krissy

Meet Coach Krissy, your dedicated and knowledgeable guide on a journey of empowerment and strength one mindful workout at a time. Coach Krissy is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, a Minor in Gerontology (study of aging) and a focus in Athletic Training. She also has a degree in Physical Therapy Assisting where she worked full time as a PTA for many years before starting Coach Krissy Fitness.
