Virtual Training
Do you live outside of Toledo or Oregon, Ohio but want the amazing benefits of training with Coach Krissy? Virtual training offers the same 1-on-1 in-home training except Coach Krissy trains you via smartphone or laptop.
Hybrid Training
A combination of in-home or virtual training with my custom online fitness programs. Can you only train with Coach Krissy 1-2 days a week? No problem! the other days you can workout on your own using the Coach Krissy app with your custom fitness program, an online Coach Krissy Community and progress tracking!
Custom Fitness Programs
Let me take the guess work out of your workouts with my custom fitness programs from your phone! Custom programs for home or gym use that you can do at your own time and take with you anywhere! You will be added to the Coach Krissy in-app Group for motivation, nutrient dense recipes, and so much more. In the app you can track your progress, sync up your wearable fitness devices, and so much more!

Experience the advantage of personalized virtual training from the comfort of your own home. I lead you through a fun and custom workout based on your goals. All that is required is a smartphone or laptop with a camera and some space to workout. View more.
